Supervisory Committee
The II Debt Swap is governed by the Supervisory Committee, which is composed of representatives from five institutions: the Government of Costa Rica, the Government of the United States, The Nature Conservancy (TNC), EARTH University and the Organization for Tropical Studies (OTS).
